Today's tropical special is Blue Hawaii. It was invented in the 1950's in Wakiki's Hilton Hawaiian Village. It's popularity came from an Elvis Presley movie also by the name Blue Hawaii. The recipe is as follows:
3/4 oz light rum
3/4 oz vodka
1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
3 oz pineapple juice
1 oz sweet and sour mix
Combine and mix well and say ALOHA to this!
