Mulligans of Paradise

It is time FORE Pacific Dreamland to emerge from another unexpected silence.  What better way to accomplish this task then a little "name that tune in the trees".  I am referring to, a course that is in the middle of a jungle setting on Oahu, The Royal Hawaiian.  A round here is $155 plus the cost of about 20 golf balls to complete the round.  The course is located in Kailua with serene views of the Ko'olau Mountains.
